Fine, maybe not CC but now he doesn't have to settle for things from other packs that aren't quite right or spend forever searching through debug items. Most of us know what you meant Sarah and it's awesome to see him playing with a pack that seems to have been tailored just for him. I'm really excited for this LP.

You can fake it with move objects. I’ve done it with the current bay windows and wider sills in the game.

I really cannot wait for this pack to come out. This is exactly something i'd enjoy I love it to bits. Plus I am aching to start building an old like train station somewhere else in the sims world now that we have tracks and trains etc.

Same !! I’ve been building exclusively shipping container builds in the sims using cc for years, as I actually live in a shipping container house and think they’re brilliant. Now that I can share my creations without cc makes me unbelievably excited !! I don’t understand why people are hating on this pack so much, it’s wonderful 💚

This looks brilliant! Such a fun build! I can't wait for this pack. I decided im gonna do a rags to riches with a sim that tolerates the filth maybe even makes the world worse and then Im gonna play further on as her daughter who wants to fix the world and make it better.

I love this build so much. I would love to live in an apartment like this (not the shipping container part lol, but the interior looks so good.) Can you believe James experimented with colors other than black and white? We love character development.

When I'm having doubts about a pack, I can always rely on James to peak my interest in it. Gameplay wise, I don't know if I would utilize the EP, but build wise I am loving it.

they did! they place on half tiles now and you can alt-place them freely as long as they don't share a tile with another window/door

@@hannah2729 Yes! Plus they finally have fixed this stupid bug that makes landscaping hard were plants would jump up foundations and placing terrain paint underneath trees was an issue. I watched Kayla's (lilsimsie) video about the basegame updates last night and she was close to tears about all this.

The most creative one using this idea so far, without counting the red one that came with the pack on the more industrial and polluted neighborhood. I really liked that one. But James's is so creative and you can see that he really enjoys what he is building, I just loved it. Makes me really excited for the new pack!!

And I am so glad you did the right proportion for shipping containers as containers have to conform to ISO standard. It won’t make sense to have strangely proportioned ones.

If you look at a map of Colorado, southwest of Denver, you'll find the small town of Evergreen, and due south of that, you'll find the town of Conifer. Evergreen is a well known tourist/party destination, and Colorado is a mecca for eco-minded conservationists. Colorado is also peppered with old & working mines from the 1800s (the gold & silver rushes), as well as modern mines for other ores. That can't be a coincidence. I feel like Evergreen Colorado was the inspiration for this pack, but then they made it a coastal harbor. I really wish they'd kept it purely mountainous like Sims 3 Hidden Springs. That would have pushed me over the edge to buying this pack. I love the way you put this build together. I'm not fond of the build/buy items in this pack, but you really played up their strengths well. I really like the whole living room/kitchen area.

Well, Eco-lifestyle is an example why you should never judge anything too quickly. I love the objects in that pack. I think it’s worth it building wise. I haven’t seen any proper gameplay video.
