Pete Hillier - Director @ecofiresandstoves explains how to clean your stove fire's window. This is a question that we get all the time at our showroom.
When the fire is cooled there is a build up on the window inside.
Pete shows a real cheap alternative to the expensive cleaners that are on the market, that you can get at any convenience store.
Another question is about 'Tool Sets', Pete offers another alternative to the traditional 'Pretty' tool sets that can cost up to £500.
Also how do you get the heat to circulate the heat around the room more quickly.
FUEL PRICES... If you are worried about which type of stove to buy, Pete offers some down to earth advice that you need to hear.
Pete is an expert of all types of fires, whether that's Wood Burning, Gas or Electric. His showroom is based in Church Crookham, near Fleet in Hampshire UK.
If you have any 'burning' questions that you would like him to answer, make a comment below and we will respond in the next video.

This fire pit is one of a few covered pits that is on the list kzfaq.infoUgkxAU9pOCSV9Y5JprooHvfxTpOrt4hx8uRM of approved products for Disney Fort Wilderness. The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.

Bit of advice. Don’t keep the fan in the centre like that. Have it either side. Never in the middle. Also, two is better. One either side. No need to go expensive. As the motors are all about the same. So buy two and you’ll notice a huge difference

Great video - I've had my woodburning stove for 8 yaers now and wood ash is definately the best thing to clean you door glass with. I also have one of the stove top fans and they soon pay for themselves by pushing the heat out into your room.

Great series of videos, but surely the eco fan should be at the side and back, pulling in cooler air from the back and pushing it across the hot top, and not in front of the flue which can overheat the fan?

Dean Forge make a couple of stoves with a separate oven compartment on top of the combustion chamber. We are just about to replace our open grate with one, firstly to reduce air pollution in the house, as my wife is asthmatic, secondly for the heating efficiency and thirdly so we can cook/heat food in the event of a power cut.
