I don’t understand the numbered chord scale type playing. Missed out playing guitar in my church because all the music has numbers instead of chords and it’s over my head. I don’t even know what it’s called and it’s just something else I gotta learn, definitely need to learn that before I learn how to read music again

Ever heard about music theory? You don't need to know every chord progression to like or dislike it. If you have a working ear, that's about all you need. And of course knowing theory can make it easy for you to create such music.

I would reccomend avoiding that progression (any order of those chords actually) to avoid making a "not-unique" piece of music/song, but if you want to make a poppy song then u may wanna use those... Bye XD

I love pop. Finding new chord progressions is really good, but these days.....Its basic musical writing, complex production.....60 years ago it was flipped. Complex musical writing, basic prodution. It's just a new age, it comes and goes!

@@darioparisi6863 Yeah reallu true. You should check out this guy named Rick Beato on youtube. He dives into this a lot. He's an older guy but i love his videos. He breaks down the Top 10 Charts and has really good knowledge
