Joe wrote this song for Johnny Cash. Johnny said he just didn't get it....and didn't record it. Luckily for us Joe managed to record a version of it before his untimely death. The Mescaleros took the new stuff that Joe had recorded and managed to make a cohesive album......unfortunately without him being present. RIP Joe.
