There are certain cottages which do not exists in reality in Ooty/Shimla/Manali/Munnar etc....They are run by few scoundrels and are listed on many travel websites and customers do book through those websites. When customers reach their cottage, they find that it is different cottage they booked. If you cancel, then these scoundrels will not refund your money.
