I started doing these asanas 2 weeks back.. Now I feel less bloated, less stressed more active. I am suffering from pcos, pcos weight is very difficult to loose and stress takes you all over.. After doing these for 2 weeks I feel less panic and i have observed fat near my stomach area has reduced. Thanks for knowledge sharing 😍😍

Thank you 3 sets of ten with a break in between each one. A lady came to my school and showed us how to do it. She had lost over 200 pounds with videos of her to show us how. I just couldn't remember for how long. Thank you so much😊

I don’t see any offensive word with my comments so don’t tell me how to be respectful because i grew up doing that..are you trying to tell me that calling Maa or Amma to a person who’s not even your real Mother is considered Disrespectful?? Because that is how she is to me even some of her fans from your country they used to call her Maa,as long as I/ We don’t say offensive words..

Mam I am 71 years male. I have Bp 180/90 some time 110/70 I am suffering from flactuation of blood pressure Heart little bit bulge Not block. In heart. No sugar. 81 kg weight 5 feet 3 Inch height. Natural way to control BP I would stop the tablets. Which breathing excercise suitable And yoga Please help me amma. Azeez Please help me
