Egg Roll with Chowmein | Agra's Popular Anda Roll | Indian Street Food

3 жыл бұрынThis tiny stall in Agra serves delicious Egg Roll stuffed with yummy Chowmein. First, they heat the roti over a pan, then they break two eggs over paratha, put masala, mix it up and flip it upside down to cook the eggs. Once the egg side of roti is cooked then they fill it chowmein, chilli sauce, mayo and the secret masala. The roti is then rolled and served. It's very yummy.

@@kinocchio to an extent it is. Depends on what your buying but overall yes it is expensive. If there are no healthy fast options that's where people get stuck, they go for the fast food instead. We have nothing like this food on the streets actually there is nothing on our streets at all.

@@AjaySharma-mu7xc Egg is menstruation/periods of Hen. For eggs to carry life, Rooster has to impregnated his sperm into hen. Hen can give egg without rooster's sperm but that egg won't be fertile.
