Make this fancy BISCOFF CAKE with just 5 ingredients and impress your friends and family! They’ll never guess it’s so easy to make!
EGGLESS BISCOFF CAKE-
20 biscoff biscuits
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
3/4 cup milk
For the cream-
1 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp biscoff spread
METHOD:
1. Grind the biscoff biscuits to a fine powder.
2. Empty the biscoff powder in a bowl, add baking powder and powdered sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
3. Add the milk and make a batter. Pour in a greased cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or till done.
4. Top with biscoff cream and serve.
