Just one quick question dear, how is the sugar balanced here? As cake, cream n even the carrot halwa wil have its own sweetness.. when everything is assembled together, is it too sweet ?

Lovely recipes. I tried few of the recipes and turned out fantastic. Thanks for putting lovely recipe. I want to try making egg less cake. Would you please confirm what flour you are using when you say all purpose flour. Is it Indian Meida or is it all purpose flour?? Here in USA meida is completely different than all purpose flour. Because when I read the description you are saying all purpose-flour but the discretion has Meida. Please confirm. Thanks 😊

Ma'am, if we don't have rabdi essence what is the substitute? Will vanilla essence work? And ma'am, what's your cup measurement? 200ml or 250ml or 240ml?

HI Srishti.. In place of rabdi essence you can use cardamom powder in the cake. For cream you can use almond, cardamom or kesar essence. Vanilla is the last option.. even though you can use it the cake won't have that unique indian sweet taste it would taste like any regular cake base :)
