For 12 Medium Sized Cakes
1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Atta (Maida) 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom ¼ teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg ¼ teaspoon Salt ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons Ghee ¾ cup Jaggery or Powdered Sugar (around 150 g) ¼ cup Milk ¼ cup Water 1 tsp Vinegar 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 cup Carrot grated 1/4 tablespoons Pecans 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Measurements are very important & Don’t overmix the batter. - Always bake in a pre heated oven. - Once out of the oven, cool on a wire rack & cover it with a muslin cloth

She used whole wheat aata instead of maida you can use coconut sugar instead of regular sugar as it has low glycemic index or other sweetners like gud/bhoora
