YUMMY QUICK “BOTI KABAB”
We know kabab means a lot of things to do including marination. But believe me, this kabab needs none of them. It is so easy and simple but no compromise with the taste. Delicious!

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes.
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes.
Serving: 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
1. Boneless beef- 500g
For the Spice Paste:
2. Onion pieces- 1 cup.
3. Ginger pieces- 1 Tbsp.
4. Garlic cloves- 2 Tbsp.
5. Coriander powder-1.5 Tbsp.
6. Cumin powder- 1 tsp.
7. Red chili powder- 1 tsp.
8. Garam masala powder- 1 tsp.
9. Salt- 1 tsp.
10. Black peppercorn- 1 Tbsp.
11. Dried fenugreek leaves- 1 Tbsp (optional).
12. Lemon juice- ½ Tbsp.
13. Oil- 4-5 Tbsp (approx.). Preferably mustard oil.
For the coating:
14. Crushed coriander seeds- 2-3 Tbsp
15. A pinch of garam masala.
16. Oil- 2-3 tsp.
17. Salt if needed.
18. Some bamboo skewers to char the kababs.
Procedure:
19. Wash the beef piece and cut it into 1X1 inch cube pieces.
20. Put all the spices in a blender and make a smooth paste.
21. Add the paste to the beef and mix.
22. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pressure cooker. Add the meat.
23. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
24. After that fix the lid and cook for 15-18 minutes (approx.). I waited for 5 whistles. It may vary depending on the cooker.
25. After that open the lid and cook on medium heat until the water goes.
26. Transfer it to a tray to cool.
27. Add 2-3 Tbsp crushed coriander seed. Salt if needed.
28. A pinch of garam masala.
29. 2-3 tsp oil. Mix them nicely.
30. Take a skewer and pierce each piece one after the other.
31. Coat the excess spice on the kababs nicely.
32. Heat a grill pan or skillet. Add 1-2 tsp oil.
33. Char the kababs evenly. To get a nice color rotate them frequently. And drizzle a few drops of oil on top.
34. It may take 4-5 minutes to be done.
35. Enjoy with naan, paratha, or pulao and salad.
