Try out this Ekadashi Special Quinoa Paneer Pulao which has a perfect flavourful taste, spiced with freshly ground spices and loads of veggies.
Servings - 4
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
1 tsp ground nut oil (or) sunflower oil
200gm paneer
1 tsp oil
¾ cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp crushed ginger and chilli
1 chopped capsicum
2 grated carrot
1 chopped tomato
2 tomatoes puree
Sendha salt to taste
Ekadashi garam masala
For Ekadashi Garam Masala -
1 tsp cumin seed
2 cardamom pods
1 small cinnamon stick
10 black pepper
4 to 5 cloves
1 dried red chilli
