Thanks so much 😢I was so overwhelmed with the massive different subjects. But you made it make sense for me. I am so happy to say. I GET IT NOW- this is how I learned my multiplication tables. My dad bought me a sing along math tape AND I had them memorized in no time!! You made all my learning styles wake up and made fun. I am taking better notes and love the explanation of the mistakes on specific questions. Blessings

hey dude just came back after a few years of working shocked to see that you dont have an easy contact. You would think you would want to correspond with your users to improve your product its the best way. I was gonna take my time to offer my experience as you did help me greatly on a few subjects utilizing multiple methods and you had distilled the material down well. I wanted to tell you where it could improve from my end.

you have to create a system where you can talk to rn's about the nclex and their program and design your product without breaking any law and that should be simple. but feedback is key. you have a great program and ability and it could be million dollar. I was thinking about doing it myself but i can give ya my thoughts. sorry to blow up your thread im bored and got called off due to weather tomorrow and doing something i rarely do. investing my time back but 90% of people are not either i dont think its smart enough. they dont realized the value in it. These types dont listen to pts rightly dont learn from docs dont grow. growth is the key in life and maybe it shows or reflects in medicine the most. thats what i love about this field. the creme really does rise to the top

I was on warfarin and still had symptoms of A Fib I think it came from too much warfarin know on Eliquis and hoping that cardioversion will restore and get off the Elquis shortly after. I believe it was negligence on my primary care doctor that got me to this point.

@camilia71
@camilia71 3 жыл бұрын
warfarin for long term therapy for chronic afib but not for thrombocytopenia, there is already a deficiency in platelets you don't want to give them anticoagulant

Alcohol is not a stimulant. It's a depressant
@danchristinerepp2681
@danchristinerepp2681 3 жыл бұрын
Actually, alcohol is more complex than simply categorizing it as a depressant because it does have some stimulating effects including increasing heart rate.
@aarontyler6599
@aarontyler6599 3 жыл бұрын
@@danchristinerepp2681 thanks. I guess when I think about it that's true. Touche! Some people think of alcohol as a stimulant that can increase your heart rate, give you energy, and decrease your inhibitions. However, this is not the whole story. Alcohol has some initial stimulant effects, but it’s primarily a depressant - meaning it slows your body down.

I am a subscriber, and I love your enthusiasm and your fun, yet succinct, way of teaching. But you mispronounce many medical terms, and your students are going to go into hospitals imitating your pronunciations. For example, "tachypnea" is pronounced "tack-IP-nee-uh" not, as you say it, "tacky-PEE-nee-uh." "Venous" has two syllables, not three: "VEEN-us" not "VEE-nee-us." It's "digestive tract" not "digestive track." "Acetaminophen" rhymes with the sound "en," not "een." It's gastric reflux, not "reflex." The antibiotic levofloxACIN is not pronounced "LEE-vo-FLAX-in." "Systolic" starts with the sound "sis" as in "sister," not with the sound "sigh." Paleness is "PALL-or" not "pa-LORE." You say, "PER-pa," but purpura is pronounced "PER-per-uh." "Ondansetron" rhymes with "ON," not "drone." When you have so many eager learners, it's important that you share the proper pronunciations of medical terms. This is why teachers are held to a higher standard, because your students will assume you are correct, because you are teaching. You go to so much trouble making these videos! It's a shame for them to have repeated mistakes. As a subscriber, and a former editor, and former medical scribe, I find the mispronunciations distracting. But at least I *know* these words are being mispronounced. Students with less experience won't know, and will go into the workforce mispronouncing words in front of co-workers.
