Thanks to Bandai Namco for a review code for Shadow of the Erdtree.
Follow in the footsteps of Miquella the Kind. This walkthrough will take you through all content of the DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree. This includes all bosses, NPC quests, dungeons, items, etc. Any content patched or overlooked will be added as a pinned comment.

Lol so true literally says that while skipping part of the sleep guys quest cuz "nah he probably wouldn't go this far" as he is in the fissure that leads to the npc

He broke most of the side quests. Moore, Thiollier, Dragon Priestess, Ansbach, Hornsent. On the other hand he got fight 4 tough enemies on his own. Completing the side quests in the best way leaves Moore a suicide before the fight, and Thiollier, Hornsent, and Ansbach fight for you. Burning the Sealing Tree breaks every quest still outstanding.

Poor Leda. She must have been standing there for hours, planning out her monologue until she has a script she's happy with. When the Tarnished shows up, she begins her tirade ... only for him to leave. She's too insulted to change the script by this point, so when he appears again some time later, she just starts over.

She's gonna be the new Gideon. Halfway through her script and we just run by and knock her ass down. It occurred to me halfway through writing this that we can't attack her during her dialog, but I already wrote it so I'm sticking with it.

He's done that a few times. It's a sign of confidence. Ignore the fact that it almost always ends up in death.

it just occured to me that the tower elite enemies, especially the ice guy, have a similar build and moveset (at least the kick and shoulder check) to Gundyr from Ds3

They seem to be based off weather powers, similar to the Dancing Lion. You face one knight each of Thunder, Ice, and Wind.

Reminds me of every from soft playthru I ever did. Somehow fk up every single quest despite trying to not fk em up. At least it was a spectacular one, 5v2 invasion pretty neat.

It's wild how differently a playthrough can go, depending on whether or not you've done the npc quests. I did Ansbach and Thollier, so I had them for the NPC battle; my brother had done none of them and got a sanguine noble for help. This game continues to surprise me with its optional difficulty and rewards for different choices. I also never had to fight the Hornset here since I helped him with Messmer.

If you climb up the tower near where the frosty boy is, you can just snipe him. His AI is borked and he just walks around while you make him a pincushion.

Regarding the seal to Trina, which you’re probably already well aware of. You skipped through the dialog early on that said a great seal of Miquella has shattered, shortly after finding the seal to that cave. I’m decently sure that door opened up then.

You really did it the hard way, but I think you probably prefer a good fight over an easy one anyway. I don't understand the 1400 thing. My Blasphemous Blade is 1800 and I'm almost 100 levels below you.
