Gotta say, wasnt expecting there to be a boss made up of fingers. I was at least expecting a 2nd phase of only toes.

Needed more bosses in this presentation and copy and pasted dragons and nitebirds. Keep waiting for more enemies like Astel and whatnot. This was the closest we got in the DLC.

After the transition to the second phase, is that sphere the greater will watching us? (it's the only thing even remotely associated with gold) This game has some indirect and subtle lore implications concerning the grace in the eyes of everyone being used by the greater will to observe everything, which is why the mirror helmets exists, to ward of the greater will. Also, the music is similar to the astels, otherworldly, evoking the vastness of the black abyss of outer space, utterly alien music, like I'm hearing a black hole or some incomprehensible phenomena from the cosmos or some utterly alien background noise. "Alien" is the term I would use to describe the environment/atmosphere of this boss fight. You are not meant to understand this being, it is not from this world. Metyr does not use grace, for an "agent" of the greater will, only gravity magic, like an astels. Weird. This boss, lore wise, is the most important so far in the expansion pack, in my opinion. The music and environment is also excellent. It's attacks are memorable, especially the gamma ray burst.

I don't know guys, I don't think I'm going to buy it, many of the final bosses seem so disappointing to me 😖

I'm kinda glad the consensus on this game's bosses after the release of the DLC is shifting towards people realizing how fucking stupid and obnoxiously designed they are. This one in particular is garbage, makes no sense and is probably the worst one I've fought so far out of the DLC. I'll just say I refuse to believe anyone saw this boss spawn a black hole bomb (1:06) and recognized how they were supposed to dodge it, I just tanked it and healed because I had no idea what the fuck the game wanted me to do, and after watching videos of other people fighting it like this one I still don't. And for the attack at 1:40 I guess they just want you to run miles away and sit there sticking your thumb up your ass until the attack is done? Boring.

Kinda lame and weaksauce.

Cant wait to play the DLC a dozen more times so I can avoid this meh level boss and the tedious quest that leads up to it!
