I played against Atlach-Nacha a couple of weeks ago with 5 players and we got destroyed within 6 mythos cards so I hope you have better luck than we had. I can't remember her name but in the new Dreamlands investigators there is 'the scientist' who is brilliant for closing gates. Pity you missed her on the character pick. I've been looking forward to seeing you have a crack at this ancient one, good luck I know you're going to need it. :)

A few ideas for the team, as Gloria is strong at closing gates she could get to Dylath-Leen in 3 turns via the Amazon and the moon, that way she could do the dream quest on route. As the first mystery needs 4 clues to complete it might be a good idea for Mandy to generate some as soon as possible. The intelligence report in the asset reserve looks good for this as well but unless Paul's lucky fingers roll 3 successes a bank loan might be needed lol . Good luck :)

Hey there! Great videos! And thank you imensely for putting up links to everything you use to organise your cards. I always find it difficult to find such things here in Denmark. However, I had a few questions. First off, you're using something to hold some of your monsters in the first video, you investigator tokens, and some other tokens like the Active Expedition token. Are those the "Rectangular card stand" you link too off of boardgameextras.co.uk? Secondly, where do you get those fancy things you use to hold some of your cards in the top left corner of the gameboard? And lastly, what is it you use to hold your smaller cards to the left? The thing you put your spell deck into in this video? Is it something self made from the foam you linked to? Thanks in advance!

Can someone correct me if I am incorrect, but Atlach-Nacha is not part of the Lovecraft stories. Isn't she from the 7 Geases by Clark Ashton Smith? Admittedly, a creepy story, but not really connected to Lovecraftian universe. I know Smith and Lovecraft were contemporaries, but the 7 Geasses is a much darker story than the Dreamland stories of Lovecraft. I know the Arkharm games aren't exclusively Lovecraftian since "The Yellow Sign" references are all in a different universe too. Mostly, I am just asking to make sure I am remembering correctly. Information tends to get blurred as you get older. It has been a while since I read either the Dreamlands stories or the 7 Geases.

Hey Paul great playthrough tho. I am sure you could help me with a minor rule issue I have. For the dreamlandportals I choose the first 3 gates on the main board and place those dreamland portals instead. Then I put the revealed portals from the main board back on top of the gate stack and letting them revealed ( So I guess I know the Next 3 gates that are comming) So now my question is where do I put the next gate that would spawn in the same location where a dreamlandportal already is ? On the same location or on the location the dreamland portal leads to ? ( So on the sideboard then)???
