If you're into praying, the Serenity Prayer is helpful. I also try to remember that I've already done my part by voting, and that there's nothing I can do right now to change the outcome of the election. Getting drunk might help too (but i don't drink!)

Trumps Muslim ban has not only effected refugees, but many families are separated now from even visiting this country. (This applied more so before the pandemic obviously). Also, while there’s plenty of poor white people in this country, estimates show that minority races tend to struggle more. Trump however doesn’t believe it at all and bases lots of his policies around it.
