I finally worked it out. Screaming policeman is a blend of Rowan Atkinson and John Deacon.

I've never seen the film baby driver but i know its this dude whose a get away driver with a sick playlist to inspire him basically, anyway the point being if i was to make a driving fast playlist this song would be #1 on the list for sure!

I saw him on Twitter wearing TRIPLE corduroy on the beach in 2018 so I asked where he got the audacity to do so in public and he sent me a red love heart by return! I tell you...
