Here, I am sharing my journey of successfully getting a job in Electronics domain in India. Hope this will be helpful and will inspire you all. In this video I have discussed about major question:

So true! I aspire to be a VLSI engineer, with love for Digital electronics. We ECE folks aren't celebrated enough. My LinkedIn feed is filled up with IT people and their success stories, I feel left out because of the lack of people from our kind! Seeing all this noise created by IT people is enough for a non-IT engineer to be drifted to that path. But I'm so happy to see engineers like you spread the word about ECE and inspire electronics lovers to follow their passion and not give up on it. We work hard and we work in silence! You've earned a subscriber sir, you're doing a great job! 😊😁

So here is my story.... I have 2010-2014 btech electronics and communication and I have 5.87/10 cgpa with 3 backlog but I cleared all backlog within 2014, but my cgpa was not good,most of IT companies like paytm Infosys, I was not even allowed for written exam. Bu today I have 7 year of experience microprocessor design and currently working in INTEL as Senior design engineer. So basically summary of story, keep hard work.... As Steve jobs said dots will connect in future when you look back... and see everything happened for reason.

But there's also shortage of chips in recent times, obviously prices will increase which will force government too develop its manufacturing. It's not dead it's evolving and will evolve further. Nano technology is coming, vlsi demands are increasing, robotics era is coming.

It's really a serious topic to discuss,which I have been asking myself and people around me. I too was ECE student and loved it though during lab practicals I have busted many capacitors to know how does it work. But ultimately it was of no use I struggled a lot to get a Job and somehow managed to get one but again in IT , where we are required to have the coding knowledge. I am not a developer but after working in Software testing field where atleast am able to get to work with ECU, MC but again it's automating world where even for and experienced Software testing ,the JD has to be with the complete knowledge of coding(C, C++,Java,Python,JS,CSS etc.) I am so frustrated and losing hope day by day.

@@pi.log10 For your kind information, I have recently got placed at Texas Instruments as a Digital Design Engineer which is offering a 35 lpa CTC package right after my graduation. So there's no dearth of jobs for skilled engineers.

Exactly sir i am from ece final year tier 3 college and in my college no one knows what do after Electronics ? Mostly College pushes us tk crack IT companies so their placement % increase. But in our college barely any core compnay comes for placement. As I have studied Ece for almost 3.5 years i don't want my knowledge get wasted so i was scrolling on KZfaq and found your channel and its amazing that you are pushing the things that need to be addressed to the masses basically Electronics students. and hope more creators come to educate and give a correct guidence which is required for a technical ece graduate thanks for this . It Respects your Sentiments. I felt like you were speaking my thoughts. The struggle is where Scientists are born. Half of the time, students love the concepts but don't understand the software and rest of the time they lack to code. Education system focus on mathematics, algo and equations but we fail the acknowledge the truly necessary practical knowledge for design.

I am going through the same condition nowdays. Completed 3 years of entc and now when there is time of placement college is giving us training of aptitude , coding languages like c, python. Its about 13 from 2010 but nothing has changed. I am good in iot but now i am thinking what is its importance when there are no jobs. Why i have worked and invested my three yeras in learning embeded system , VLSI, Arduino, Rasberry pi , and much more..........😢

@@wonder_ash ok, that's great. Is 8 lakhs in stock split over few years? It's great that TI is offering one of the highest salaries in India for digital design profile. I remember analog layout roles used to get around 14lpa as fresher. How is wfh policy in TI for this role? Is it mandatory hybrid?

My college is forcing everyone in my class to study for IT jobs. The college has given up. They teach pcb design for a single day but force us to study mechanical labs and AutoCad for two complete semesters. They know they will never be able to teach anything related to electronics, and in the end they say, "IT me hi jobs he, apti quants verbal pado or coding seekho".

It's so beautiful outcome of superb struggle, so beautiful video bro. You know what I am still doing the same struggle and still looking for single chance to get in family of Electronics. By the way I am working as a Sr. Web developer for last 4 years but still my brain run behind electronics only. I am full stack developer but don't enjoy even single minute of my work I just do it to get money only and nothing else. I everyday think and plan the month will come when I will be able to save money at least Rs. 5k per month and I will invest all money to purchase every types of components and I will swim in Ocean of electronics projects. I don't know when that month will come but I will do that sure atleast some Electronics projects so that one day I can say myself proudly that yes buddy I am also Electronics Engineer. Today I fee lot ofl shame and disappointment when someone talk about by btech degree in electronics and communications engineering and jobs as a web developer but I just manage. What to do, I only can understand about my education, pain and jobs other just talk and imagine about money only.

You can take up IES for central govt jobs or join IISC through GATE (Mtech or Mtech research)
