Eye bags are mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes. They're common as we age and the tissues around your eyes weaken, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids. Fat that helps support the eyes can then move into the lower eyelids, causing them to appear puffy.
When strengthen the eye muscles and move the lymph/toxins/extra fluid out of the eye area and help it drain away, then we’ll significantly improve the look those eye bags.
We’ll need to work delicately with this rather fragile area so please make sure your eye area is moisturised (all around the eye) and follow my instructions carefully for best results. This video can be added to your daily facial workout regime, that way you’re minimising eye ageing with consistent and targeted practice that takes minimum time!
