Totally agree. I'm American, I'm against the war, but the Russian women players are in their 20s and trying to give us entertainment to relax from the pressures of life and they are being persecuted. WTA web site won't even post the Russian flag next to their name. It's their nationality!! Ridiculous. They are athletes, not politicians or soldiers! I have noticed this over and again. Rybakina was treated the same way in the Rome tournament but won it anyway. I hope she wins the US Open. Samsonova was forced to play twice in the same day! I hope a Russian player wins every tournament for the rest of the year so these WTA and tournament organizations can all go throw up on themselves.
