@@megamind9175he would not be able to put lift pro bodybuilders, they’re actually ridiculously strong in the movements they do. Check out the videos Mitchel hooper has done with flex Lewis. The worlds strongest man was almost getting outlifted by flex and he’s retired and 212 so open guys could definitely outlift Anatoly

I was a cleaner in my teens working for my father you would be surprised how strong your core, chest and shoulders gets from mopping floors and old floor buffing machines I didn't need a gym to gain strength it was more than enough
