Elizabeth Berkley is beautiful. I wish showgirls wasn't met with such harsh criticism. Her ability to laugh at herself in season 2 shows a lot of grace and maturity.

Every star has their flop and Showgirls was hers. I’m just happy it didn’t ruin her career I mean she’s still working as this show proves. I can’t think of a star that has done nothing but great projects.

Elizabeth Berkley is truly a sweet, and compassionate person. Watching reruns of the original series, it seems that even though she was called "Jessie", Liz was really playing herself.

I loved the flashback episode was good seeing the original cast and remembering the classic things they did. I hope Jesse gets with slater in the end! I wanna see some true love!

"Reimagining" is just a fancy way to say reboot.

A reboot is coming back with the original cast and picking up… a reimagining is what they did… all new characters and the main focus isn’t on the original cast.

It's not a reboot because it doesn't discard continuity. But it's not a reimagining either. I'd say it's a revival or a sequel show.

It always bothered me that Dustin never took responsibility for his actions. Even as a grown man, he blamed other people for “taking advantage of him” for the book he authored. Unfortunately the world will always see him as Screech, and I think that gave him a permanent inferiority complex.

He did apologized for it for that whole book incident. The cast just never forgave him except for mario Lopez.

@@frosty2975 He didn’t really apologize. He basically said he was sorry people “took advantage of him” and wrote that book. That’s not an apology, that’s an excuse.

Well-said. Dustin never showed any accountability, and he carried that Screech complex to the grave. In life, he always tried to over-compensate for it with all of his ridiculous publicity stunts, such as that book. It's no surprise that his former cast-mates wanted nothing to with him, but I understand why they all have to tow the line now that he's dead. Still, Liz poured the sentiment on a little too thick in this video.
