I have always wondered about this myself! What a formidable character. She has never been done in cinema to my knowledge. I imagine actresses around the world scrambling to play her. She must have been a complete bitch! LOL. Her political chess match with Elizabeth 1st is replete with tension and drama. I would cast Keira Knightley in heavy makeup. It would be funny to have her put on extra weight for the role. Then maybe she won't be able to lose it afterwards...LOL
