Are you really that stupid? Its not the essence of what he's getting at, at all. - 😆 OF COURSE WE CAN BUILD BASIC GEOMETRIC MONOLITHS! 🤣 We won't, and even if you paid for it the answer is NO! - Do you have any idea whats underneath Europe, hm? The shit that sunk beneath that giant bog of a continent would blow-your-fuckin-mind. There are foundations down there that suggest structures existed upon them tgat DWARF the Pyramids. - Nobody remembers what was built on them, or even that they're there. Thats a clue as to what Elons talking about. So, what happened to the materials on those foundations? Well, it gets repurposed doesn't it. Europeans don't waste anything. - When theres a leap in technology, you can make so much more outta the same materials, can't you. I can take on a tour of Athens right now, and point out which buildings are using stonework that originally came from the Parthenon. Do you lnow how many times the Greeks rebuilt the Akropoli and the Parthenon? Are you starting to understand what Elon is getting at, yet?

@@justayankhouston741 that’s because the Apollo spacesuits got heavily damaged by lunar dust. They were alright for short-term stays, but to stay long-term, which is the goal of the Artemis Program, they need something far more resistant to dust. plus, the Apollo suits had very low mobility. They couldn’t even kneel down. In order to stay long-term and do way more things on the Moon, you should probably be able to actually move the Apollo spacesuits worked for what they were needed to do. @@G.and.DJackson What he said was that the specific radiation present in the Van Allen belts is manageable. You can safely pass through the belts if you do it correctly. That doesn't mean all types of radiation in space is harmless. For example, the radiation characteristics and levels around Jupiter are very dangerous. Spacecraft orbiting Jupiter need to have special shielding to prevent having their electronics getting fried. And if you ever decided to send humans there the precautions necessary to survive in that radiation environment would be an even bigger challenge.

The lie they told about the space shuttle was that it would literally “shuttle” people in and out of orbit. They were hoping for roughly 60 missions per year, and for the program to be profitable. Remember, back then, when the economy sucked, budgets were cut. At the time Challenger blew up, there were still some who hoped that 25 missions a year could happen. @UpperDarbyDetailing
@UpperDarbyDetailing 6 ай бұрын
@@jeremiahperez3083 the problem is not and was not being able to fake anything. The problem would have been faking the *lighting*. Chromakey or not, faking that was not possible at the time. Practical effect or not. In fact, chromakey is irrelevant. Chromakey is for blending two images. The problem here was creating an image at all. Skip all of the other things they couldn’t have faked, we’ll focus on the footage. In order to fake being in space (or on the moon) as a practical effect they would have needed: A full size set inside a vacuum chamber, (building one that size? Very unlikely, if theoretically possible) Hundreds, if not thousands of multispectrum LASERs (aside from most of the spectrum not existing at the time), they would have hired teams of scientists to build them. There simply weren’t very many people capable of doing the work at the time, building more than a handful would have been a very large and impossible to hide undertaking. A power plant, yes a whole plant, just for this. The cooling rig from hell, because cooling that many LASERs in such a small space would have been extremely difficult, if it was even possible. Then there’s the cost. Actually going to the actual moon was cheaper than building everything needed to fake going. That’s just to fake all of the video and photos. So, impossible to create video. Thousands of photos and quite a lot of video, all NONE of which has been shown to be fake. ALL of which matches what we’d expect to see, perfectly. Now, let’s just assume they WERE able to fake it, and fake it well enough that a modern forensic inspection says it’s real. How’d they fake the flight? Anyone with the capability to do so was watching that mission with laser focus. Amateurs, professionals, universities, militaries. Either they got thousands of people in on it, including the Soviets (who REALLY wanted us to fail), to agree to lie about it, OR they actually sent a craft to the moon. Maybe they did send a craft to the moon… nine times. Ok, let’s say they sent nine rockets to the moon, but maybe there was no people on board. That’s certainly possible. Except… it isn’t. See, all of the radio broadcasts during the Apollo program were completely unencrypted. Anyone on Earth with w shortwave radio could listen in on the broadcasts. Not only that, but many would have been able to tell if the broadcasts were coming from rocket or not. Broadcasting from somewhere on Earth or from Low Earth Orbit wouldn’t have worked. So… maybe they put a transceiver on the rockets. Yeah, they broadcast from Earth to the unmanned rockets, which rebroadcast the signal back to Earth. Then no one would be able to tell that the broadcast actually started on Earth, right? Wrong actually. We know how fast radio signals move. So anyone listening in would know how far away the craft was, how fast the signal propogated, and how much time should be between each transmission. It would have taken twice as long for every reply you arrive. That’s not a big deal for one transmission, but for an entire conversation? That would have been noticeable. Not just to the universities and military people listening in, but to anyone listening. Yet no civilians from any country said “hey, these conversations are taking way too long. What’s going on here?” Then there’s the equipment left behind. Even if we assume that India and China (which have both photographed the landing sites) were willing to give along with and show fake images to the world. There’s also retroreflectors and seismographs that were left behind. We know the retroreflectors are there because you can bounce a LASER off of them. We know the seismographs are there because we were getting data from them until 1977. Pretty sure geologists would have noticed fake data. There’s just way too many things to fake and way too many people involved, most of them either civilians or citizens of other countries. Not to mention, again, that the Soviets would have been the first ones to cry foul. Why would they have agreed to go along with it? I’ll admit to have been wrong about the chromakey, but as I said, it’s irrelevant anyway.

Remember that Obama killed the Constellation program that would have replaced the shuttle and all those car companies killed their electric cars. Elon lit a fire under their butts and forced their hand. Now basically Artemis and SpaceX are working together to make something happen. Finally we have something to look forward to and have at least some faith in seeing ACTUALLY happen after half a century of excuses. How odd is it that no other nation has even put a human on the Moon in all these years? It's odd. China is now seriously trying..so maybe we'll get a nice race out of it. Haha, it's like the 80's again and the U.S. and Russia are basically in a cold war once again and we need to put humans on the Moon to help end the cold war..again. What better way to show our country is united and as strong as ever than putting humans on the Moon and even Mars. It's a bit of history repeating.

From earth to the moon we had strong enough antennas and equipment to send signals but according to what equipment the apollo team had, they lacked the equipment necessary to send signals from the moon back to earth! And the hatch to get in and out of the LEM was only the size of a 2ft x 2ft general access panel plus they had to kneel down in a cutout in the floor just as small to shimmy in and out, it would be hard enough without a swollen spacesuit with it's own AC unit without the ability to heat transfer (yet another issue) just a few if the engineering issues never talked about!

Really, you think so? Egypt experienced a civil war and remained split between two regions. This left Egypt vulnerable to further invasions and control from the Assyrians in 671 BCE, the Persians in 525 BCE and finally the Greeks in 332 BCE. At the end of Egypt's empire, the climate became erratic and unstable. This is the more than likely reason the Egyptians lost the knowledge. They were busy fighting wars. They also had a 100 years of drought and other years of flooding and bad crops. All of this is responsible for the loss of knowledge. They also lost the library at Alexandria and all the knowledge stored there. In the so-called Dark ages, the Catholic Church kept the knowledge of the time safe and it wasn't lost.

It's easier to take off the moon, making us use less fuel and go faster. It would be easier to do space travel. Mining would provide us with resources and give us refueling ability. It would help us with advancing from Type 0 civilization to Type 1. It's about time. These ppl need to stop trying to trump our progress. Their stupidity is the reason we are Type 0 civilization.
