@KZfaq Account you kidding me.. the successful people get up at 7a.m huh? Weird didn't know it mattered what time you woke up at, i thought it just depended on the hours of sleep you get and just how your body operates as well. I go to sleep around 10pm give or take, wake up at 230 a.m start work at 430 and quit around 3p.m get home around 6ish. I do have a great job and am very successful, even though I only operate on 4 ish hours of sleep every night. Everyone's different my friend.

@KZfaq Account well yeah your just speaking the majority of 9 to 5ers. There's alot of jobs where peoples start time goes with the daylight and how far the job is if your not stationary so times adjust constantly. Doesn't mean they aren't successful though.

Finally a normal schedule. Makes me hopeful. I also wake up at 7, drink my morning coffee and usually skip breakfast. Eat only when hungry. No time for eating more than once a day. Thankfully that seems to be better for our health than eating 3 times a day.

Wake up and go back to sleep, Im tired, moody and low energy. When i researched this its because on the 2nd sleep im entering rem phase but not finishing it, which leads to the above symptoms.

Lucky people who can function well with 6 hours of sleep or in some cases even less. I heard that a number of people can manage only 4 hours of sleep quite well, which is pretty crazy imo. I can deal with 7 hours but need 8 or better 9 hours to feel good throughout the day. Less than 7 hours quickly turns into a real pain for me.

I was sitting there just waiting to see what time he gets up LOL sounds like me 7 a.m. and go to bed at 1 a.m. love it... He is so dang handsome, I love his slight accent, I love that he's so rich but yet sleeps on his friends couches, and doesn't have a five or six big old mansions... He would be so awesome to hang out with LOL

I wasn't expecting the 1am bedtime. Was so sure he was going to say something like 8pm. I was so ready to put on my smug face and show my teenagers what time successful people sleep. Now it's all ruined!😵‍💫

He is always honest in the sense that his answers vary never streamlined to,place him,in any category He doesn’t try to fit any one mold. Some successful people say they don’t but then answers tell otherwise. I have seen heard interview same question asked and he gave similar answer stating he needs sleep it’s pointless because your body mind pay one way or another. Successful people always feel the need to say, I’m up at 5 bed by 2 AM so I get about 3 hours. That typical go getter answer. Elon’s answers always vary because he is human. Unlike politicians, CEO’s or Hollywood types same contrived answers. He actually shows humility. He is knowledgeable about just about anything but manages to come across as a regular Joe being asked tough questions.

me wakeup at 6am n off to bed around 2qm n i dont ever skip my mrng breakfast..but i do skip my lunch n dinner not late after 7pm...the struggle is real n hurt for being an adult ..n im still broke..
