He succeeded in exponentially increasing production in China, largely due to the resilience of Chinese workers who are capable of enduring long working hours and sacrificing personal time. I wonder if he would be equally successful in managing a factory in western countries.

Ive worked at PwC in Seoul, Tokyo and Los Angeles. Its not even funny how much harder and longer my asian colleagues worked compared to the LA team. Its a completely different mindset; imagine a military platoon mentality compared to a unionized, clock in and clock out or else Im a victim mentality in the States.
