Elrond Halfelven, one of the peredhil, is a loremaster, healer, soldier, statesman for Gil-galad, and the Lord of Rivendell in the Second and Third Ages. Dan and Chris from @ThePhilosophersGames discuss his tragic origins, with his brother Elros, and his history up until the defeat of Sauron at the War of the Last Alliance, at the hands of Elendil of Númenor, and the last High-King of the Noldor, Gil-galad.

Now that I think about it, if Tolkien had had spreadsheets, then the whole first part to The Nature of Middle-earth wouldn't exist, since there would be no records of all of his working out. 🤔
