Finally got a decent roll of Elsie's Rifle to drop from Onslaught!
Mine is:
* Hammer Forged
* Armor Piercing
* Zen Moment
* Headseeker
* Indomitablity
* Stability Masterwork
Armor Piercing is the only so-so perk but it does increase range. Best in slot would be Ricochet Rounds, and perhaps a Range Masterwork.
I really like the feel of this gun, but I ultimately like my god roll Messenger (Adept) more due to the feel of that gun + it has Perpetual Motion which is massively slept on.
