We do not have a book. But if you are studying GCSE or A-Level then your course will have a book usually produced by Edexcel or AQA.

I suppose it depends on how you do it. If you are genuinely nice and treat employees well and that in turn is a win win. However if you are doing it just to increase productivity then I get your point!
