I find with their newer music, post-AM, the more you listen the more you fall in love with it. When i first heard Mirrorball and body paint, as well as some songs on tranquility base hotel and casino, I thought they were alright but nothing that special. After a few weeks, however, they have become some of my all time favourite songs. That said, there is still plenty in their discography for you to listen to whichever era of the band you prefer; would be nice to see some full album reactions, as some songs work best in that manner, especially on their concept album. This song and Four out of Five are 2 of their best I think. This one just gets better with each listen.

I remember their first album hitting us like a train. I was 18, and it was great. I'm now loving their new stuff as they evolve. This song - and The Ultracheese - in particular are just spectacular. To be able to dominate the songwriting space in more than one clear genre, speaks volumes for their talent.

Just when the world needed them most they return. I’ve been on their journey since the start and they are my favourite band of all time. Big statement I know but I respect that they play the music they want to play and not what is “expected” of them 😊

Great reaction as always, I'd recommend giving these songs are few listens as they really grow on you. My reaction was similar to you guys the first time, really enjoyed it but wasn't blown away. But after a couple of listens, the singles are two of my favourite of their songs. There are Arctic Monkeys albums now for different moods you're in, different situations and I think these tracks are ones you'll keep listening to over and over again, hear something new each time.

Going to see them next June in Sheffield. I cannot wait.

I hated their new stuff for years, it's only recently started growing on me. I started looking at it through the lens of it being something quirky and there still being a story being told. Since then I've warmed to a lot of their new stuff.

I really recommended you guys listen to the last shadow puppets,its a super group with alex turner and miles kane(another incredibly talented musician) its not incredibley rocky but alexs writing is amazing along with the vocals and instrumental,if u do check them out my faveourites are sweet dreams TN and aviation

His ego is, quite honestly, frightening....If I had ever to describe a difference between UK and USA 'fame' he personifies it....excess ego is seen as enjoyable in the average US circumstance, it is hated in the UK. The last album was hardly talked about,,,but his ego was talked about everywhere.. he is an AWESOME singer/songwriter/performer but his lack of humility is ridiculous.

I heard this new song by the Monkeys on a radio station I listen to, and I think is the worst song they have done, plus the DJ wasn’t to keen on it.

It's too chilled....Arctic Monkeys should be catchy riffs and banging drums along to quick witted lyrics Alex has written in the past...this just makes me sleepy 🙃
