Emma, I don't know if you remember the story I told you about my grandma ordering copies for herself, my mom and me, just as I was about to pre-order? We all can't wait for the book! Anyway, I wanted to tell you that I made the focaccia last weekend. It turned out amazing. I think I had a bit TOO much fun jiggling the dough though! I feel like I want to make it again just so I can jiggle that dough!

This is a great recipe and tutorial. Just in case anyone is wondering what oil to use, I have a suggestion. If you have a jar of sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, and you've finished the tomatoes and are wondering how to use up all of that delicious, tomato and herb flavored oil, this bread is the perfect place for that. I use it in the bread, to oil the pan, and to brush the top of the focaccia when it comes out of the oven. I can't tell you how good this is.

OMG!!!! This came out amazing!!! I used all purpose flour( it was all I had) steeped fresh garlic and rosemary in some olive oil, topped with cherry tomatoes and my infused oil, it was bubbly, and jiggly, and looked amazing. The finished product was fragrant, crispy, and incredibly soft inside. Thank you,

A few weeks ago in Rome, we were hungry and so stepped into a random butcher’s shop and asked for a sandwich. When asked what kind I wanted, I knew zero Italian so I motioned for him to choose for us. He smiled and cut a pretty flat, small loaf of plain bread into 2 thinner slices, sliced a few slices of prosciutto and laid a few slices of fresh mozzarella, and oh my, that sandwich was SO delicious!! And it was only 4.50€! Am learning just how delicious simple, quality Italian food is.

This is the best bread I ever eat in my life. It turned out perfect for the first time and it disappeared in less than 10 minutes!!!! Everyone in my family loves it! It’s so easy to make! The best focaccia recipe ever. I started the dough at 2 am and followed all the steps (except leaving the dough overnight) and had the best baked bread at 8am later that morning.

Truly fabulous. I saw this video 3 weeks ago and have made the recipe twice. I've tried several other high hydration breads over the past year and none of them really met my expectations. Maybe when I tried your recipe I had more confidence, but it turned out so well. Huge bubbles. Thick and soft. Crispy all over. OMG. And really easy! This technique is superb. I am not surprised first-time cooks have success with this recipe. It's now my standard. Grazie, Emma! 😎

I did the focaccia yesterday and it was the most delicious thing ever. The only thing I’ve done differently is adding some homemade garlic flavour olive oil after I’ve baked it. So far this is the best recipe I’ve tried and the bread had incredible structure 👌🏻Making a new one today 😊

My first attempt at focaccia bread was successful!! I only had all purpose flour on hand so I did use that instead. My bread didn't turn out with as crispy of a crust as yours but it was still delicous. I followed your sandwich recipe and it is so good! Thank you for sharing ❤

I don't know how many times I've watched this video! I finally decided to make it while visiting my sister who doesn't bake! I'm on my 3rd stretch & fold, about to do the 4th. I see bubbles forming now and so excited! I will be refrigerating this since it's already 9pm. I roasted a clove of elephant garlic today and cut up my fresh Rosemary, so tomorrow this bread will have 6 people anxious to try! I usually make all kinds of different artisan breads, but focassia I've not tried yet! Thank you!!

Great recipe! I used 00 flour the first time and regular all purpose both times it turned out great. Thanks for the recipe and leaving it overnight really steps up the recipe but making it same day is delicious too!

I have made this recipe 3 times in 3 days because it kept getting eaten so fast!! The first day I made it exactly like you with Olives and Rosemary and then we have prosciutto and burrata sandwiches, second day I made it with cherry tomatoes and dried herbs and we had it with mortadella and Mozzarella and the 3rd day I made it with just salt, Pepper and chili Flake, cut it in half horizontally and made two pizzas with a wine cream sauce, fresh Mozzarella, basil and tomatoes. This recipe is especially great, super fun, and satisfying to make and easy to follow! Thank you soooo much!

​@cassandraleexo I made it on the already cooked bread. I made the loaf, sliced in in half horizontally and covered the sides that were the interior with pizza toppings and broiled it in the oven to melt the cheese.

I’ve made this a couple times now and let it sit in the fridge for 48-72 hours and always turns out great! Mine doesn’t get quite as tall and fluffy but always has lots of bubbles and tastes great.

I made this as an appetizer for a Christmas party. Such an easy recipe and the end result was incredible. So airy, fluffy, oily. A dream. All the focaccia was gone within minutes! I highly recommend making this recipe (I proofed the dough overnight before baking)

Yum! There’s NOTHING like homemade focaccia. With some olive oil/garlic, crushed red pepper dipping sauce. I just closed my eyes and I could smell it. It’s like I died and went to heaven.😍 Tfs Emma. I just love your recipes, they’ve become a staple in my home. Have a wonderful day.🤗

Hii emma I made this today and it turned out soo good I baked ½ right away and kept other in fridge for tomorrow. The taste is soo good we completed the ½ in 5 mins I used normal flour instead of bread one as I dint have it still turned out good and we loved it ..I dont get much bubbles in side like urs but still had a few I loved it soo much thanks a lot emma❤

I am so glad this video popped up in my feed! I've only recently started baking my own bread, been doing so for a few months now. I think it's such a relaxing thing to do on my days off work, especially when it's as easy as mixing a few ingredients together and letting it sit, and just have a timer ready to go for the next step! Amazing recipe thank you! I followed it to the letter and made fantastic focaccia for 35 people! One note would be to crack some flaky salt on the top before baking to bring out the flavour of the crust! Thank youuuuuuu

I read through all the comments looking to see if someone else asked about making this gluten free and saw that one of your viewers gave an idea of using Italian gluten free flour! Hi lovely! ❤ I have never tried using gluten free flour. Let me know how it turns out! I don't think you'll get that big bubble structure. BUT it should still taste delicious in terms of flavor, and not every type of focaccia is supposed to have big bubbles anyway! 🙌❤️

I did it - I actually added too much olive oil to the bottom of the pan. Finished it on a baking stone, came out absolutely incredible. Thanks for this!

I watched about 10 other videos and watched your video about 5 times and decided to try your recipe today, I only had all purpose flour and I used onion and fresh garlic for toppings. It was amazing! Thank you! I made sure to say dimple dimple and jigggle jiggle. I have not had focaccia since i moved out of NJ 14 years ago. My husband loved it.

This is the BEST Focaccia I have ever made. Easy, and delicious. This has just become my go to bread recipe. And YES, I could eat the entire loaf.

Hi emma! I came across your channel just today! And I instantly tried out that mini muffins recipe! And now i am obsessed! I have never in my life baked a good bread and this recipe did winders to my bread maker reputation and omg! My family loved it!!! I left it overnight in the fridge as you suggested!
