Easy Croissant Recipe! How to make Croissants without folding! This recipe is the easiest way to make real croissants which are buttery and flaky.

Easy Croissant Recipe:
For the Croissant dough:
- 1 cup (240g) Whole Milk
- 1 Medium Egg
- 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 3 cups ( 420g) All Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp (35g) Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp ( 30g) Soft Unsalted Butter
For the Croissant Layers:
- 2 sticks (230g) Very Soft, Unsalted Butter

@@its_me_stay Macarons are harder technique wise, but once you know the technique and what you're looking for, it's easier than croissants because croissants are very time consuming and take a lot of timing of putting the dough and butter in the fridge for lamination of layers.

I like to cook spontaneously. Whenever I see something i want to cook and i have the ingredients, I make immediately. That's why I always soften my butter in the microwave, and for eggs i leave them in some lukewarm water so they heat up quickly and i don't have to wait. If it wasn't ten at night rn, I would have definitely been making these croissants right now.

I made these yesterday, and they are fantastic!!! I didn't achieve the crunch, but they are the fluffiest and most flavorful croissants I've ever had. I'm not going back to buying croissants anymore. Well worth the time. Thank you for the amazing recipe!!

That recipe is awesome,but after making them I'm going to tell a really nice tip.When making all of those layers it's crucial to make the first and the last bigger than others and seal them,so the butter cannot escape out of the edges

I NEVER remember to take the butter out. If I do it’s a christmas miracle. That is why I loved when I got my microwave and found it had a soften butter setting on it, total gamechanger for me lol

Thank you.I made croissant for the first time almost 30 years ago.I made them often but moved away from home and lost the recipe. When I finally tried them after many years I could not replicate my original recipe. this recipe sounds perfect and since Indian flat bread,roti and chapati, are part of my life,yes I think I will try them.

Love this. I added chocolate chips. And savoury with the other half cheese onion or cooked bacon n cheese add before rolling into shapes. Ie triangles.

I tried this yesterday, and let me say, it was the most delicious croissants I ever ate, I store bought all my life, this is hands down the best the ever had, it's a bit time consuming however it's worth it, make double or triple the batch and freeze it as soon as it cools down from the oven and now I have the most delicious croissants ready to eaten every day! Thanks so much for posting this easy recipe! Its much appreciated!! My croissants came out not as crispy, I'm not sure why, but that doesn't really matter cause it still comes out incredible!

That cookbook is a bit late for me for Christmas but I'm gunning for Valentine's and I don't even like the holiday but hubby's doing it this year. Made a low sugar animal cracker version of your 3 ingredients cake for my husband's birthday with a little Chef John from Food Wishes apple cake thrown in and added my light buttercream with a cinnamon stick soaked in the whipping cream for icing. Anywho my croissants come out like Pillsbury so... bless you. Found a way to make crepes with Einkorn flour by sifting so may try that with this on the second try
