God has led me here. I'm 14 months sober consecutively. The obsession to use or drink is lifted. I feel NOW, MORE THAN EVER I NEED EMOTIONAL SOBRIETY. I RELY SO MUCH ON OTHER PEOPLES ACCEPTANCE OF ME, ATTITUDES TOWARDS ME. IT GETS SO DISTURBING THAT I FEEL THESE PPL HATE ME, SOBER OR DRUNK/HI. So I want to detach. I notice that these lessons may be life long. I really don't want to live my sober life so HI N LO. BASED ON THE WORLD AROUND ME AND THE PEOPLE IN IT.

For me, it was a state of delusion… believing lies about myself that I did not even know I was lying about! Absolutely sleeping dreaming I was awake. Very grateful 🙏💕☮️

I think you give Bill W, a little much credit for his psychological insight in 1958....he produced a miracle and was human/fallible..... doing the best he could with the information he had at the time Thanks again....
