EMS800 Milling Machine with Auto Tool Changer ATC cutting ballscrew mount for our Z Axis UCCNC Mach3

Just a quick video showing our new milling machine cutting ballscrew mounts for our Z Axis. We are using our newly developed Auto Tool Changer ATC with 8 position tool holder light cutting as this jig holds 14 parts and just showing 2 Pieces being cut to reduce length of video as these machines are part of our new product range which will be able to use our standard water cooled spindle and also this ATC option. Audio cut on larger holes as sound very distracting. Tool Changer software running on UCCNC software Mach3 to follow.

That's interesting I was just thinking that a table mounted umbrella sector tool changer like so could be a great idea because that table space cannot be occupied. Love the design.

Hello, these are stand alone 4 pole 800Hz 2.2KW ISO 20 80mm diameter we are getting more manufactured and hopefully release for sale in 4 weeks as we have a back orders on these.

Hello, sorry info will be released on our website in 4 to 6 weeks as we are only supplying machine builders at the moment. Is that an ISO 20 size spindle / tool?

Hello, yes this is ISO20 chuck and we use ER16 and ER20 size chucks rated at 30000rpm

cnc4youUK could you do me a favour and measure the top dimension of the ISO 20 pull stud please. I have a columbo spindle that looks like it can only take a max 8mm diameter. The ones I bought have 8.9mm
