I love the way she talked about being excited about moving into new apartments and all the possibilities of how you can decorate it and make it your own! And I'm all about good light LOL natural light! I'm actually going for it and moving to Vietnam from California in January! I am most likely coming alone so I'm pretty scared but excited too. Hi Ena, I'm just curious, in Vietnam do they have a rent to buy scheme? Are they allowing expats to own a house and lot in Vietnam? I’ve been watching your videos a lot lately as I’m going go HCM later this month as an exchange student! Your apartment hunting video was super helpful🫶 I’ve been trying to find apartments through the facebook ad and there’s one house that I like but the house owner says he’s out of vietnam right now and his family members will show me the house. He says contract can be signed, scanned as a document and sent over via email and I’ll get the actual copy once he comes back to vietnam in 3 mnths. I’m kinda suspicious of this tho🤔is it normal in vietnam to sign contracts this way or could this be a scam possibly?
