You are very smart. We thank you for your teachings. I have been a small scale organic farmer over 25 years in Canada. I have been selling Ethiopian traditional foods in markets. I was preparing both gluten free and the conventional ones. I mixed varieties of flax, cashew, Brazilian walnuts and so on to make the Enjera. My customers were mostly non-Ethiopians. We Africans are diverse in traditional foods. Let us be united and be business people.

ይህን የመሰለ ጤናማ እንጀራ ተባረኪ እጅሽ ይባረክ ውነትሽን ነው baking powder chemical አለው ምክንያቱም ከ Sodium bicarbonate ነው የሚሰራው:: It can cause thirst, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea.

Betam tiru Injera 👍i have problem. Lemgager mokerku , it didn't work i live in Europe over 40 years. I dont have Metad i tryd with Metbescha And the injeraw kefitu ena kehualaw Ein awta tiru adelem. Thank you for sharing. Your injera recipe is the healthiest recipe so far. I tried your recipe and I loved the smell of the injera. I normally add አብሽ when I make injera and I like the smell and taste of the injera. When I followed your recipe I didn’t have Pumpkin seed on hand, so I substitute it with Sunflower seeds. But I still want to try it with the Pumpkin seed. Is the pumpkin seed you used roasted or raw?

Baking soda and soda water( ambo weha)are basically same thing, they are not bad chemicals . It’s actually good for indigestion or heartburn, Enjera can be very acidic so baking soda will help to rise the batter and digestion
