Considerado el mejor chef del mundo, ha innovado en el universo de la cocina introduciendo nuevas técnicas a través de la deconstrucción, aislando diferentes ingredientes de un plato para reconstruirlo de una manera inusual, manteniendo el sabor pero no las texturas. Su restaurante elBulli fue elegido durante cinco años como el mejor del mundo, sin embargo, decidió cerrar en su punto máximo de éxito para comenzar un nuevo proyecto, elBullifoundation que comprende elBulli1846, elBulliDNA y elBullipedia.
Considered the best chef in the world, he innovated in the universe of cuisine by introducing new techniques through deconstruction, isolating different ingredients form a dish to rebuild it in a new fashion, preserving the taste though not the textures. His restaurant elBulli was awarded Best restaurant in the world five years in a row, however, he decided to shut it down at its highest point of success to start a new project, elBullifoundation, which includes elBulli 1846, elBulliDNA and elBullipedia.
