@YardBrah, I’ve got 50K sq ft, a Toro Timecutter zero turn with no roller or stripe kit and dude the stripes are on fire bro! I just put down my pre-emergent on March 4th and my biostimulants today March 6th. I’m ready for this season. Your place is rockin' dude! Nicely done man, hard work and dedication pays off.

My neighbors been nitrogen blitzing their lawns here in the east in early spring. I told them u feed your lawn heavy in fall storing up carbs that your lawn will come on green. Put your pre emergent down if you go that route if not. Humic kelp mycorrhizae micros and get ready

Yes that heavy fall feeding really works, you saw this winter though I was still feeding heavy 😂 Especially the back back it's getting treated like the main and you can totally see it! Matty I gotta check out mycorrhizae do you have any recommendations? email me please ☺️🤙🏾

Those two lucky trees with red buds on the side of your house look healthy and amazing and the red colors pop against the dark green lawn in drone aerial view. Also it’s only a matter of time when Sally will face head to head with the pooping dog person and wonder what she will say or do when dog is caught in the act. Thanks for letting us know about the field for horses I was curious about it awhile back. I actually have Kentucky 32 tall fescue which is endophyte free so it is healthy for livestock to consume.

Yes those trees get a ton of Fert from all the weekly spoon feedings 😂 I should start putting a ton of milorganite around the base too Yeah Sally will call those people out for sure she hates the Dog pee and poop people... I'm sure she does tell people to avoid the nice lawns cause I don't have many dogs in the front Oh damn there is a Kentucky 32?!?! Not that I want livestock chewing on my stuff 😂🤙🏾

You got to change out your border in the shrub bed in the front yard. Much cleaner look, as important as your concrete edges! Current border needs to go.

It's a little dated yes 😂 I don't like natural edge but I need to find a new situation... for now I just pressure wash them but as you can see winter this year has taken its toll on the curbs as well as the garden bed boarder... I also add more mulch once the Azaleas start poppin off... usually middle of spring ☺️🤙🏾

I have been getting a lot of corn speedwell lately. Look that one up and see if it looks similar. It pulls up super easy but i think the Tzone takes care of it too. Also has patches of what i thought was bent but it was nimblewill

Oh yeah I get corn speedwell in the greens 🤦🏾‍♂️ I can't use T-Zone or Tenacity on the bent grass and the Prograss EC doesn't seem to take care of what I need it to take care of 😂 Bentgrass post emergent herbicides are in the $300+ range so for now I'm just picking them out 😂☺️🤙🏾

When you mix different herbicide products, do you still use the full label rate of each product, or reduce the strength of each proportionally to the number of products mixed?

I always do a smaller rate of tenacity cause it's really strong.... t-zone is 1.5 oz per 1000 soft I just use 1.5oz on my 1500 in the front. Prograss I have tested low rate and max rate and max rate seems to do the trick at 6oz per 1000sqft so the front I go 9oz for the 1500sqft... to answer your question go a little less ☺️🤙🏾

I just picked up next door wants me to fix there yard and there paying for my yard chemicals too, a win win. Now, with the dog 💩 I call our guy out on mine. Ever since no problems.

Oh yeah that's the best for sure! The only thing I make my neighbors buy is the heavy stuff like soil, peat moss, seed etc... if I have a ton of chemicals which I do I always share... nice when there is left over peat moss or soil though I take advantage of that 😂☺️🤙🏾 Get those before and afters ready would love to see the progress ☺️🤙🏾

It really depends but at least let it sit for 24 hours and make sure the soil is dry when you apply not soggy or wet. 24 hours is enough time for it grab on. ☺️🤙🏾

I have never used prodiamine but only have heard good things. These 3 are what I stick to for now but want to get some prodiamine for this coming fall for sure! ☺️🤙🏾

I'm not sure if it's my internet or you, but in the last couple videos there has been some desync between your voice and the video in some sections. Example for me is between 16:28-17:05

It's me my dude... I've been recording separate cause I'm waiting on an updated cable for the camera 🤦🏾‍♂️ sound doesn't always sync well and when I combine the audio with the video file but then it's out of sync, if I unconnected the video and audio it goes back to default if that makes sense.. so I have to start over... I can't wait to get this new cable it's taking forever sound will automatically be synced 😩 sorry about that my dude ☺️🤙🏾

Thank you for the continued support my friend! T-Zone is labeled safe for Bahia grass so is Speedzone 🔥 ... I do not have any experience with warm season grass but with my experience with turf in general just make sure you follow the label rate and you'll be fine... be careful when searching for other products cause a lot of people want to GET RID OF Bahia grass so recommendations are to get rid of it 😂 If I was in Florida I would be killing everything and planting some kind of super short cut Bermuda... I would be planting that golf course "SUNQUEEN" Bermuda twin city seed carries it 😉😂🤙🏾
