You know what I like about your tours? They’re not only enjoyable but educational because you know your real estate-how these homes are built, what makes them unique and all the technical details and aspects that separate you from the others who attempt to outdo you-not possible. Besides that, Mikey isn’t just your camera man, he’s your business partner, friend and a seemingly super nice guy. I have heard so many people say California is overrated. I don't think so. California is absolutely beautiful! It almost looks fake it's so beautiful. I have never been there, and I hope to go soon. Enes, you find the most stunning properties. This home is just wow! You will wake up every morning with a smile in this home. A slice of heaven right there.

Not a fan of this house. I feel like there's a disconnection because of the smooth flow of the curved lines that abruptly collide with sharp angles within the same rooms. And it looks like they skimped out on certain decorative features in comparison to others like the glass shelves dotted all around. While they may be expensive, to me they look cheap & out of place. And the chef's kitchen is something else entirely. What a mish-mash of design ideas. The house is definitely showing its age.

The walkway and driveway, foyer, chefs kitchen, game area with the pool table, wrap around balconies with the closed stairs to the terrace, the grounds, tennis court are all amazing.

This should be everyone's dream home, with all the facilities and an invincible sea view! I love the built in ice cream maker for delicious ice cream anytime! It's cool to be able to drive straight to the beach, I'll look forward to meeting Hollywood stars there and becoming friends ever since! The whole estate is like a park, and you can play tennis in it, which is great! The magnificent chandelier is more beautiful at night, and with the glass staircase, it really looks like the lobby of a luxury cruise ship! Thank you Enes for introducing this incredible mansion, you did a really great job! 👍🤩👏👏👏👏👏👏

Something special. This property is definitely stunning. What's even more stunning is that upgraded rendering of what this house could look like to bring it out of the 90's. One's ability to change certain features with wood and different stone elements is truly imaginative and allows versatility. What more can you say about that view from the master bedroom suite? Absolutely gorgeous. Great tour of an amazing property. Fabulous job as always Enes and team.

So cool! at the 10 minute mark the lady mentions it was built in the 90s... but before she said that I kept thinking to myself: "man I love the vibe of this house, this totally gives off the 90s medium budget movie set in Malibu where the rich fun-loving character owns a house in Malibu, where he owns a red Porsche and lots of blond and dark haired ladies visit the estate... maybe something called "Freddy's Fresh & Fabulous Malibu Escapades" ... love who it has kept its very private, beach-front open 90s vibe and has been modernized with some nice and sleek amenities... Chef's kitchen is amazing... and LOVE the retro screening room!

There is no such thing as a private beach in California. The California Coastal Commission and Superior Court have upheld the right of ANYONE to access and use any beach at any time they want. It looks like this house brings some of the sand further up the hill but not on the actual beach, which is a great idea to get a bit of private beach feeling area.

What you didn't mention is that the small road going down to the beach and the beach area is shared with at least one next door neighbor. So its not just your private beach.

I love that commercial kitchen. So many of these homes are focused in integrating a kitchen based on cosmetics vs. functionality. This was a highly-functional kitchen. I'm with Mickey though - that integrated ice cream machine may be too dangerous in my hands.... I also think it was a brilliant idea to make available various design variation renderings and material recommendations for someone that purchases the property to tailer it to their own personality and desires. I think existing homes often get overlooked for new, custom builds so buyers can get what they want as they can't envision large-scale changes to an existing home or the related cost. The key is if the existing home has the core structure/infrastructure to support the changes.

It’s just so perfectly out of time though, that it kinda feels like a shame to change it so drastically. I’d like to see it updated in a way that still respects the art deco/nouveau inspiration the first architect and designer were inspired by. Like, the 90’s might be out, but deco is timeless.

for me the entire house was boring and wasn't pleasing at all with the white and black contrast but THAT kitchen- holy shit! incredible ! i was shook af at the entire room and all the appliances they got. i want that kitchen T_T i loved the other version of the house with wooden facades so much! it fits the beach and nature a lot

I’d go with semi-private beach since everyone in the comments is arguing over the terminology. Anyway, that was a pretty cool home, and the full-scale commercial kitchen came as a real surprise! Normally we see chef’s kitchens as a separate area off the “regular” kitchen but this is one for the pros! Kudos to you for yet another fantastic, engaging tour!

As a European, very often I don't like American houses because they are cold with no soul but this one is amazing and very classy. From outside, it looks like a yacht. From inside, it has human proportion.

This is an amazing property, and truth be told, I love the childrens' play area. If I owned this property, you would definitely find my in the treehouse a lot of the time.

What a great piece of architecture. There are so many wonderful details that it is a pure joy to watch this tour. But I must confess that for me the glass railings of the staircase (looks like a mix of Art Nouveau and historical Roman and Greek elements?) in the entrance area are the absolute eye-catcher, closely followed by the chefs kitchen, which is just a chef's paradise. Thank you Enes and team for showing us this marvelous mansion.

there are conversion calculators online. I use them when I watch/research international properties.

I must say that this is one of the most beautiful house that Enes has tour!! the environment is something else, honestly this one gat me!! I have always come back to watch this over and over again within the 2weeks it was posted!! I can't wait to the moment I will just live in a luxurious homes like this with my family!! It's a dream that must come to reality!! By God, I will definitely have this as mine very soon....even though it looks as if there is no where to start due to location and area of living......I will share this testimony of greatness someday with Enes!! Has a claustrophobic feel, hodgepodge of finishes, beach access cool, the fact it was build in the 90's explains a lot. Probably better to tear down than to update it. Probably worth 15 million instead of the 75 million they are asking.

Just a bit of feedback that I'm sure some will agree with, some won't. I do not enjoy hearing from the agents and developers. I skip those portions of the video entirely, each and every time. In my opinion, those segments detract from the general vibe of your otherwise outstanding presentations. Your videos where it is just you and your crew get 100% watch-time from me. The others... not so much.

Wonderful work as always guys! Keep up the phenomenal content. What really caught me with this property are the many recreational areas, 10/10. I was sorely disappointed with the primary bedroom, bathroom and closet, very underwhelming. I was almost confused but I definitely was anticipating more creativity there. Spectacular home, interesting shape & tasteful decoration.

I loved how the architect incorporated natural lighting throughout the home. This manse is stunning and looks livable compared to some modern manse that looks too sterile.

Loro Piana would never build a movie theater that looked like that. If Loro Piana did it then it would be tasteful, more subdued and made with much finer materials. Italians are craftsmen and have sublime taste.

That entrance is absolutely breathtaking!! Such elegance throughout the entire house & its such a unique design. I love the chef's kitchen, the chandeliers, the deco theatre is so cool, very retro, and I can't say enough about the walkways and the grounds. I would buy this place today if I could and not change a thing. Thank you once again for such an amazing tour. Your entire team is awesome!! :o)

Enes............I have to agree with you........that small hidden alcove is my favorite feature of the property. I think that is the best place to sit and look out over the ocean. Also, the grounds are really outstanding. The advantages of a mature landscape with good maintenance. Great tour as always.

Oooh, dang this property at night is the perfect view for me, I love my quiet still nights, to sit out there read my book and just hear the water that would be the life. Dang this property is gorgeous, I like the bathrooms.

I like that in this house the owners are not pretending to cook in some fancy show off kitchen. They're either letting the pros do the cooking or are also cooking in a real kitchen

Enes can you guys tour some townhomes in Manhattan. I like the high rise buildings, but the townhomes and guilded mansions are much more interesting. Like 337 riverside drive. You’d kill that tour.
