Naah there is not a lot of privacy, it‘s close to the street, only 3 car garage, no gym, no home cinema, small living room, no chef kitchen, the interior is nice though. There are better views of LA

I’ve noticed some of your home tours are also showcased on KZfaq by other realtors as well. Your tours are by far the best out there. The time and attention to detail presented from y’all really shows 🙂- I actually learn a lot from these. Others seem to rush through with little detail in low quality videos. A lot of California mansions take open concept to the extreme. The different “rooms” are categorized by clusters of furniture typical of that type of room, but it often gives off a “furniture store” feel. This place, on the other hand, is sectioned off nicely without feeling claustrophobic. Whoever laid this out did a VERY nice job.

I really love this home. One thing that I truly enjoy about it is that it actually feels like a home. A lot of these mega mansions just look like a cool place to party, but this one has a warm feeling. I was hoping the master bedroom would have separate bathrooms though. I'm sure I'll love the woman I marry one day, but if we could have separate bathrooms, that would be great lol. One of my favorite parts about the house was the kitchen/living room area. It flowed so nicely together and I can easily picture having a nice event there with close friends and family. Overall, I was really impressed with this house. Also, will you guys go to Sherman Oaks sometime soon? You guys toured a $2 million property there a while back and I was wondering you guys would go there again. I feel like it's a nice area. Anyway, take care guys!

Enes, the other realtors who share KZfaq videos showing the same or similar houses could learn from you. One of them is over-the-top flashy and the other doesn't sound too bright. Just saying. You and Mikey are professional and knowledgable. Anyone dropping millions of $ probably doesn't want jokesters selling them a house.

Thank you Caroline. I can guess the people you are talking about. I come from a construction background and I do truly appreciate homes and its details so thats our main focus on the channel. Agents come to me all the time asking how do I know so much about construction and it surprises me how little most realtors know. Either way I am glad our confidence and knowledge in real estate shows well on our channel :)

To be fair producer Michael is not a realtor nor does he want to sell the homes he tour's. his KZfaq Chanel is about lifestyle The finer things in life home's/cars/jets/watches etc. And Caroline Choi just started doing home tours again on her KZfaq channel, she's not the best but its getting better. she's a realtor/lifestyle content creator.

What warm features in a modern house. Rather cozy living room, all that brass. You're so good at pointing out details, like the shower drain design and its advantages. I do love that clean look. Also love the look of the vent above the stove, but anything with texture like that is going to be hard to clean - accumulate grease, etc. But I guess if you can afford the house, the cleaning is someone else's problem.

Seems like you guys are pioneers for thorough tours/selling homes. It’s interesting how backgrounds in other areas coincide with others. I wonder if that background plays a role in the houses you show if only subconsciously.

Great tour Enes & Team. This is a very interesting home. It resembles a mall and privacy was definitely important using walls, frosting and compartmentalization as well as being able to implement huge amounts of natural lighting...very cool. Do the Fleetwood windows in the children's bedrooms allow both sections to open sliding right or left? Thanks James & rescue kitty
