Water and soap would be all over the counter and floor if I tried washing my face in a sink like that. Guess I'll have to cancel my purchase of that home and stay in my small apartment instead. Lol.

Cool to see but I believe very unpractical, like the tilting shower half door: both will result in splashing the bathroom floor wet every time. Also the one-piece mirror closet above is nice to see but uncomfortable to use.

WOW!!! What a house! I love how the two bedrooms have complementing accents, one has black mirror and fixtures and the other one is brass and light wood, such a great detail. The rooftop deck is amazing and a great space for entertainment... Not to mention the location, SLS around the corner for dinner, AOC on melrose or Sofitel Hotel on Beverly for Sunday Brunch, the shopping on Robertson, the location simply cannot be better.

Damn, i really do love your tours, the quality is truely outstanding! It is amazing to see how real estate is handled in the US. Most other contries are a lot more secret, here you get all information without even contact the agent, like adress, price, tax, when it was last sold, etc.

The simple and straightforward layout of this house is amazing. The house has alot of windows that brings in natural light plus they frame the green areas. Also, I think the house is a 4 bedroom with 4.5 baths. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs?

Nice fresh content finally...! The design of this house its a little bit too linear for me but Enes and Mickey balanced it all up with another impecable presentation. Hope the next one has more sophistication to it so that our Enes could get more motivated and loose himself in describing fine details and nurturing explanations for us. Enes - I like when you tell us what’s on each level (“Here on the first floor is the kitchen, the dining room...”). Mikey - If you put epoxy on that stone countertop on the roof in the full sunlight, you’ll get that nice smooth surface, but in a year it’ll be yellow and hazy.
