The Hollywood Hills straddle the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. The neighborhood touches Studio City, Universal City and Burbank on the north, Griffith Park on the north and east, Los Feliz on the southeast, Hollywood on the south and Hollywood Hills West on the west. It includes Forest Lawn Memorial Park, the Hollywood Reservoir, the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Bowl and the John Anson Ford Theater. Hollywood Hills is bisected southeast-northwest by US 101. I can tell the developer really thought through the livability of their design and the small touches and choices reflect that on every level. This would be an astounding property if it was somewhere else without neighbors so close and looking in but with the window frosting and taller plants and things, you still get a sense of privacy.

Enes really loves those pocket doors. I wonder if it's a, "pocket listing", ah hahaha! I do love how developers are continuing to build more and more new properties with basements or more levels than just your standard 2 story homes. Which is something you don't see very often in LA. I also must say that if any of you here in LA are actually house hunting, you really must go and see some of the homes that Enes features on his channel. Seeing it on video is one thing but seeing them in person makes all the difference. You just get a who different feeling when you actually get to do a walk through in person.

"Dumb Waiter" is a term used for a device the sends food and dirty dishes (and other items) to different floors in a home or hotel. The term "dumb" is because it is silent and references a time when deaf people were also usually mute and the phrase "Deaf and Dumb." It brought things to you and took things away (like a waiter) without speaking (like a mute person) and that's how it got it's name.

I don't even live in California or have the money to buy these homes, but the videos are really well done. They do a great job of explaining all the features of the homes and how they are unique. Especially highlights the architectural work that went into it. I do love how the walls towards the backyard can be opened up. Would be great for a nice spring or summer day.

I've seen dozens of million dollar homes on KZfaq and this is one of my favourites. Design and furnishing is spot on, there's nothing unnecessary or over the top and there's no wasted space. Well done to the designers/developers.

But a 8 M mansion in prime LA address will cost in an equivalent Melbourne or Sydney location 20-30M USD. So ye, in comparison that's cheap. Australia is going through what America had going in 2008. I LOVE sliding doors that disappear into the wall and rain shower heads. The pool room and cinema room are fantastic. I'm with Mikey, I hate folding my laundry too, although a beautiful view would make a difference. Not sure I'd get much folding done though.

I can tell the developer really thought through the livability of their design and the small touches and choices reflect that on every level.. if i had owned this house then definitely i will give this as a gift to my mom because it is a dream for my mom and i don't have a father bcs by mom and dad r seperated
