I was thinking the same. Like yeah "great value for the location" whilst i live in Africa and could build a high rise with that kinda money. It's truly down to location. But nonetheless such a lovely home and worth it for it's craftmanship

Found this channel under suggested videos and the wife and I are addicted. The 20, 30, 40 million dollar homes are absolutely spectacular but there is something very special about these smaller ones. All 3 homes from this builder that Enes has toured have such a warm feeling to them and the attention to detail like the wood panel ceilings 👌

It’s such a pretty home! I love detached garages. It just makes the house a spotlight all on its own. And I agree, I love the subtlety and how cozy the home is. And so many rooms without the property being so overwhelmingly huge.

Also, the bathrooms in this house are consistently beautiful and cohesive. I've always thought the bathrooms get forgotten about in most of the homes you tour but I was so pleased to see the attention to detail in all 9 of them in this house. No corners were cut and they each have beautiful built-in vanity/sink set-ups and not those cheap stand alone units!

The house at this price point is amazing! I don't think I have ever seen a Movie Theater at this price point on this channel. Amazed that they have formal, indoor and outdoor dining with proper guest room and office space. The lower bedroom could also be used as staff quarters. They also nicely tucked in utility stuff in the storage area on the lower level. Great Value!

Wow this home was just beautiful! I totally understood what Mikey was saying about this home. It is not pretentious at all! I work in catering and have been to a few homes that are extremely pretentious, cold and intimidating. This home on the other hand is very cozy and inviting. It's so reasonably priced considering the amenities you get and the location. Great tour Enes! Always enjoy your videos!

Amazing place, the bathrooms and kitchen designs are spot on. The kitchen/sofa area with those pocket doors, gives a very cosy feeling, loved those parts. As you noticed the vent in the laundry room, I asked myself about the ventilation in the workout room, went back to see, but could not see any filmed. If there is great, but else swapping massage and workout room would be my thought, giving a single table but airflow while training.

I've been binging all your videos. Great stuff If I may, I recommend having the property floor plan shown for each floor in order for us to understand the layout better as layouts can be confusing.

I used to live in Toluca Lake - it only took me ten minutes to drive to the heart of Hollywood. It is so centrally located - right down the street from Universal Studios. It's a really nice neighborhood! Beautiful home.

This is nice in that you are showing what you get for different price points. I can see the difference from the big mansions, yet you can still get that luxurious feeling from all the details and finishes.

Enes, you nailed it again! No surprise of course. I've said it before and I'll say it again - modern farm houses are my fav! On top of that, the black and white contrast throughout 👌. Hi Enes, I love this home. I love all the big mansions shat you showcase too but this house is really exceptional. It's chic and cozy at the same time, light, airy and very spacious. The layout is awesome, everything flows so nicely from room to room. The color scheme and the different textures are so well thought out for the overall feel. That back yard with the pool, fire pit and BBQ area are finishing touches on a home that really checks every box. Also the basement is fabulous, the games room, the screening room, the other rooms you can use for anything you want. And the price is right. Everything came together here for one of the best properties you've shown us! Thank you!
