Review of Honda Integra Type R DC2 Spec 98 released in 1998.
BM hosts Akihiko Nakaya and Takuya Kurosawa take a closer look at improvements of engine and suspension. The 98 spec is compared against the 96 spec at drag race and gymkhana slalom.
The 98 spec version has more stable rear at high speeds.

初期型は素人の事故が多かったからリアの安定感を増したのかな。Ｓ2000と同じですね。操れる人はいいけど、ユーザー側がもっとドラテクを向上させないとアンダーか、電子制御で固められた車しかメーカーは出せないとおもう。

I think the final gear ratio of the 98 spec was typed in wrong. 4.7 was the JDM Type R 98 spec final gear ratio. In the video it was printed in as 4.875...I think they switched a 8 and 7 around. I run a 4.92 final gear ratio and the one I took off from my Integra was a 4.785.

rehan ali 98 spec and above do have abs

both the 96 and 98 came with abs. 96's it was optional.

@@boldswede1280 was optional in 98 spec too, until the R-x came along.

It even says in the video somewherw that the abs was disabled to compare the braking distances
