This recipe is healthy & super simple to make! This time, we are learning how to cook Hong Kong Steamed Fish - a class Chinese recipe that I'm sure all of you are familiar with.
Ingredients:
Fish from sea (e.g. snapper, grouper): 2 fillets
Lime juice
Sesame oil: 1/2 tbsp
Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Ground pepper: 1/2 tsp
Minced garlic: 4-5 cloves
Ginger: 3 cm
Xiong gu
Spring onions
Cilantro

Ikan laut (kakap, krapu, jenaha, bawal putih): 2 fillet
Jeruk nipis
Minyak wijen: 1/2 sdm
Kecap ikan: 1 sdm
Kecap asin (light soy sauce): 1 sdm
Saos tiram: 1 sdm
Gula: 1/2 sdt
Lada: 1/2 sdt
Bawang putih: 4-5 siung
Jahe: 3 cm
