唔係正宗甜酸汁一定唔好食排骨落旦好快唔脆 獻醜不如藏拙正宗甜酸汁乃由古法五柳汁演變而成正宗甜酸汁是紅糖米醋山楂若加些0k汁伴鮮玻蘿蔥白段等混合物當然每樣要有份量配撘。高人

Mama, I saw the words '2 tablespoons corn flour' and '1 tablespoon starch'. Are cornflour and starch the same thing? Thank you.

Thanks Mama Cheung :-) Translation For Recipe: Prepare 2 pork ribs, (750 grams weight). Marinate ribs with soy sauce, bit of sugar, corn flour, sesame oil, for approx 30 min. Chop ½ onion, grn bell pepper,red bell pepper and in the centre some shredded pickled ginger. Use pineapple chunks. Also need vinegar, ground pepper, tomato ketchup, tomato puree (paste), and oil. For batter: 2 T . plain flour, 2 T. corn flour, 1 T. potato starch and mix in a bowl. For the sauce: 4T. white vinegar, 3T. sugar, 2 T. tomato ketchup, 2T.pineapple juice. Put the marinated chopped rib into a bowl of beaten eggs, place in bowl of batter mix, mix well, Place back into beaten egg again, place it back into the batter mix. Then ready for deep frying. Fry pork: fill pan with cooking oil, test the temp by placing a chopstick into the pan, if there are bubbles around the chopstick then we know the oil is ready for frying. Put pork in oil, med. low heat (perfect for frying). If you want to know when it is cooked, use a cocktail stick to pierce it and if it can easily pierce it and the pork is firm, then turn up the heat to high to get the excess oil out of the batter. When you can hear the crisp, crackling sound, then we know the pork is definitely ready. Don’t let the batter turn into dark brown because it will still be cooking after it is taken out from the pan with the remaining heat. Take out and place on a paper towel. Add oil into a pan, now fry the veg. We added some shredded pickled ginger and onion. Now add the green. pepper, red pepper, yellow bell pepper, some salt,(2 sprinkles), pineapple, then aside on plate for later. Now put in 2tsp. tomato puree (paste), on low heat, then add the sauce into the pan. When it shows lots of bubbles, add the pork back into the pan. Stir, then add the vegetables. Add a few drops of sesame oil to bring out the flavor ( if you wish). It will give it a glow. Turn off heat. Eat when cooled down enough so it will not burn your lips off :-)

lam hugo 0:57 For the sauce, we have4 tablespoon of white vinegar, 3 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup2 tablespoon of pineapple juice
