Engine Severe Damage indication:
-Loud explosion
-N1 & N2 drop to zero
-EGT still shows some indication

To be more accurate that’s Engine Seizure (N1 or N2 or both drops to zero) which is another type of Engine Severe Damage and for both you do the Engine Fire or Engine Severe Damage or Separation Checklist in the QRH =)
