Rocky Dans why is it because it’s true about easy jet as they once said in a documentary that they had no intentions or interest in starting flights from Manchester, they didn’t want to fly from Manchester, and they did moan and bitch about companies like thomas cook, Thompson and first choice as was about wanting to start more flights from Liverpool and they feared it would have a massive impact on their flights, even Ryanair backed easy jet up, and if any company should go bust its Ryanair as they don’t care about any of their crew’s starting with maintenance right through to the check in agents dispatchers, cabin crew pilots etc, they rip their passengers off by charging for everything they can, once their boss on tv said passengers only pay for their flight not their seat or baggage or food as they have to be paid for separately he even mentioned charging to use the toilet as he said they had to make their money somehow, and a recent program revealed price differences between 2 companies as the program sent 2 families to the same destination, same time, same departure airport, one family flew with easy jet and their price one way included everything except meals, and arrived at its correct destination, Ryanair charged for flight, seat, baggage etc and didn’t arrive at its correct airport it landed 30miles away and the family had to get a taxi and the flight arrived late and by the time they added the cost of the flight it worked out dearer than easy jet not to mention the taxi fair which wasn’t reimbursed, Ryanair don’t care about their passengers they have the worsting customer skills, received the most complaints about them, been successfully prosecuted and voted the worst airline company for goodness knows how many years in a row now, thats the type of airline that should be going’s bust

Anthony Parker I’m glad EasyJet realised Manchester was on the up as we don’t want to go all the way to Liverpool just to get to Italy EasyJet have realised what a goldmine Manchester is and have announced at least 5 new destinations this winter. My experience with Ryanair has always been good I get appalled at some of the stuff done in their name there can be no excuse but let’s not kid ourselves it’s no more than a bus in the sky the low price charged reflects that. We know how many busses don’t turn up. I do get your point though its all relevant. It didn’t do Thomas Cook any good hogging Manchester slots sadly 🇬🇧✈️👨‍✈️👩‍✈️🇺🇸🤦🏼‍♀️💔

Elaine Blackhurst thomas cookie didn’t hog Manchester as they’ll had 9000 staff all over the uk from travel agents, to airport staff aircraft crew, in all they had 23000 employees worldwide which included the employees of condor and only the uk employees lost their jobs, Thomas cook is the parent company of condor and condor are still flying
