Glad that Max plane grounded it was so scary I’ll never ever get on one of them I don’t ask for unbelievable technology just a safe plane and as always a great pilot and everything to do with the aircraft taught properly and all in pilots manual not too much to ask and no machine over ruling any pilot ever

not that I'm aware of, but there is an antonov that takes off from lpl most nights

@@MTAviation it may have been that and sound travelled, it was a calm night. it was a unique sound that could not be mistaken for anything else. it may even have been one that passed over the uk and sound radiated. was half askeep so was not in mood to check flightradar24

Which engine @4:09 ? It makes this horrible noise that comes often on the A320, A340, A330 and 737 when the aircraft starts accelerating down the runway. Somebody please tell me!

How do you find out when RWY23L is used for takeoffs?

the second runway (23L/05R) is open at the minute from 06:30-10:30 and 16:00-20:00 monday to friday and 06:30-10:30 on saturdays and 16:00-20:00 on sundays. summer timetable will mean the second runway is in use more often
